ROOF INSTALLATION PROCESS

Your roofing installation will begin the day before your scheduled install date. The crew assigned for your project will drop off all necessary materials to complete your roof. Be sure to clear your yard of any toys or debris before the crew arrives to ensure this process is as efficient as possible. The materials for your project may include a dumpster; however, you will be made aware if this will be necessary.

On the day of your installation, the team and your team leader will introduce themselves before beginning their work. All Roofing Nation installers are GAF Master Certified Elite installers, ensuring your roof is in the best possible hands. The team will begin by removing the old shingles off your roof and replacing any rotting wood. Once the old shingles are off, the team will begin installing your new roof by adding the underlayment and cutting for ventilation. Your installers will then add new shingles to complete the roof. The installation process should take no longer than a day; however, in special circumstances, projects may take up to two or more days.

Before the project is complete, the team will also clean up and you will be required to sign off on the completed job. Please be advised that gutters will be installed at a later date.
